Morgan Hunter IT Division is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst for a FT/PERM opportunity with one of our strategic clients. The candidate for this role will be an experienced, data-savvy, Senior Business Analyst to expand our client's analytics capabilities. This position will be accountable for transforming all Online Marketing into business intelligence, performing analysis, and developing interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate trends and insights. The successful candidate will need to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. They must be innovative and passionate about finding creative data solutions to business challenges and strategic priorities. The candidate should enjoy collaborating with the team but also be a self-starter who doesn' t rely on direction to add value.Key Requirements:Demonstrated online marketing and channel management experienceStrong attention to detailAbility to work in fast-paced environment often with minimal supervision, sometimes under tight deadlines, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriatelyAn ongoing desire to go beyond assignment-specific work by being creative, and by bringing new ideas to the attention of departmental leadership to improve the overall data management and analytics processBachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Marketing or related field, Master' s degree a plusMinimum of 5 years of experience in Online Market Research and Management, or a related analytical fieldTeam player with entrepreneurial drive, positive attitude, and high energyStrong written and verbal communication; effective presentation skills and one-on-one communicationWillingness to take on other responsibilities, as assigned, along with a desire to grow with the UniversityHands-on experience utilizing SQL tools, Trend Analysis tools, and Cross-Tabulation/Data Analysis softwareExperience in gathering requirements and formulating business metrics, preferably in a Higher Education footprintFamiliarity with Tableau, BI, QlikView or other statistical and/or analytical packagesExperience conducting data analysis using Excel, Access or other database management softwarePrevious research experience in an SEM, SEO, direct response marketing agency environmentA level of proficiency in " R", as well as Microsoft Azure, a definite plusU.S. Citizens and all those authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Are encouraged to apply.
