* 1.0 FTE is Full-Time, any position less than 1.0 FTE is Part-Time, and .001 FTE is Optional Part-Time*

* Positions with an "FTE" (full time equivalency) of .875 - 1.0 are eligible for full-time medical, dental and vision benefits. Positions with an "FTE" of .5 - .874 are eligible for part-time pro-rated medical, dental and vision benefits.

Shift: 1

The Human Resources Business Analyst is responsible for analysis, development and implementation of HR application processes. The HR Business Analyst will collaborate with IT partners and assist IT in configuring highly complex application components and workflows based on HR requirements. Other duties as assigned.

Experience

* 3-5 years of functional/operational experience in related discipline such as Human Resources, Information Technology or other healthcare environment is required.

* Experience in the development and implementation of ERP systems or comparable software experience is required.

* 5 or more years of functional/operational experience in related discipline such as Human Resources, Information Technology or other healthcare environment is preferred.

* Experience in a health care environment is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in related discipline is required. (In lieu of degree, equivalent experience would be considered.)

Special Skills

* Strong understanding of operating systems and software development for HR system implementations.

* Must possess highly proficient computer skills including software development in an HTML, Java Script or SQL environment and possess strong experience in Crystal Reporting.

* Must possess excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
